About the job

The Senior Manager of Field Development will oversee the assessment, development, and deployment of all trainings to the Modere sales channel.

What you will be doing

  • Develop programs and curriculum for Modere Social Marketers to help them to better understand Modere programs, platforms, customer programs, commissions, and products.
  • Coordinate and manage with other department and vendors the creation of training tools.   
  • Create, coordinate, and execute live and recorded trainings.   
  • Coordinate auxiliary trainings for Social Retail Conference (convention) and make sure that these trainings.
  • Active manage the Modere training library. Make sure the all the content of the library is current and relevant. 
  • Aid in the content creation for Modere Executives for live Modere events. 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of trainings and develop appropriate modifications if needed. 
  • Collaborate with the other members of the North American Management Team and Social Marketer leadership to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions. 
  • Develop systems to monitor how and when trainings are being used and how effective they are.
  • Ensure the compliance of trainings and that they are in line with Modere’s values and standards.

Skills and experience we would like to see

  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a trainer.   
  • Experience as a trainer in a variety of environments.
  • Professional training certifications preferred.
  • Training experience in a Direct Sales.   
  • Experience training both in person and in front of large groups.
  • Project Management experience.   
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.   
  • Experience with Survey Monkey or other survey related technologies for measurement purposes. 
  • Professional training certifications preferred.  
  • Excellent organization skills and a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Ability to present to a large audience both in person and pre-recorded.   
  • Coordinate and manage training projects to completion.   
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.   
  • Knowledge of curriculum design.
  • Ability to adapt style and training, depending on business needs. 
  • Strong presentation skills along with strong time management.   
  • The ability to break down complex to a level that is understood by all levels of experience and education.
