About the job

The Call Center Fraud Analyst observes customer transactions to flag or identify suspicious activity. The Fraud Analyst will monitor, identify and trace any suspicious or high-risk transactions, determines if there is improper activity involved, and determines if there is any risk to Modere or its customers.

What you will be doing

  • Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the business
  • Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft and similar other risks
  • Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing
  • Constantly monitor customer and transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts
  • Determine existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns

Skills and experience we would like to see

  • At least two years of Customer Service experience
  • Good eye for detail
  • Works well within team and with other departments
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Goal-oriented with strong focus on completing tasks and producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment
